Access to a planning app operated by one person as a personal project. There is no company behind it, no support contract, and no service-level agreement.

The intended price is $8 per month, or $80 per year, with everything included — there is one plan and no add-ons. The first month is free and does not ask for a card.

Billing is not switched on yet. Nothing can be charged, no card is held, and accounts created in the meantime keep working. Before any charge is ever made you will be told by email, with enough notice to export your data and leave if you would rather not pay. If the price changes, existing accounts are told first.

The instance runs on a single rented server. It may be restarted, moved, or taken offline for maintenance, sometimes without notice. It is not built for anything where downtime would be costly.

Keep your own backup of anything important. An export is available whenever you ask.

Everything you put in remains yours. No ownership over it is claimed, and it is not used for anything other than running the features you use. Storing and processing it to make the app work is the only permission being relied on.

You can stop at any time and ask for your data to be exported and deleted. Access may be withdrawn if the terms above are broken, or if the hosted instance is retired — in which case you will be given notice and an export.

The service is provided as it is, without warranty of any kind. It will contain bugs. Nothing here is professional advice, and the numbers the app produces — focus scores, plans, patterns — are descriptions of your own data, not recommendations.

To the extent the law allows, liability is limited to what you have actually paid for the service. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Material changes to these terms are announced by email to anyone using the hosted instance, and the date at the top changes.
